This studio production class teaches students to draw, layer watercolors, and enhance their work with shimmering paints such as interference, metallic, or pearlescent. Participants will explore these and other “iridescent type” effects inspired by natural textures such as feathers, scales, and wings. These techniques can be applied and combined with modern duo-tone paints & inks to create vibrant, eye-catching art.
